Standing Secretariat

The Standing Secretariat will provide general support to the SW FAB Authorities at institutional level and will be mainly focused on the follow up of the Council and the Stakeholder Consultation Forum (SCF) meetings.

In the framework of the Council, the Standing Secretariat will support the Council in convening its meetings. When required by the Council, the Standing Secretariat will attend the Council meetings to follow them up acting as liaison between the Council and the Supervisory Authority Committee (SAC), Stakeholder Consultation Forum (SCF) and the Operational Board (OB) for the actions arisen from their meetings.

In the framework of the Stakeholder Consultation Forum (SCF), the Standing Secretariat will support the Stakeholder Consultation Forum (SCF) in convening its meetings and will attend the Stakeholder Consultation Forum (SCF).

The Standing Secretariat will liaise between the bodies of the SW FAB coordinating the celebration of their respective meetings as well as distributing the information produced in the Council, Stakeholder Consultation Forum (SCF) and Operational Board (OB).
